Almost every student is nervous before their first lesson. Ten minutes in, that nervousness is gone. Here is what actually happens.
You start in a quiet area
No traffic, no pressure. Your instructor explains the controls — steering, pedals, mirrors — and you practice moving off and stopping until it feels natural.
The car has dual controls
Our training cars have an extra brake on the instructor side. You cannot make a dangerous mistake, which is exactly why you can relax and learn.
