How to Get a Driving License in Islamabad (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Get your learner permit

Visit the Islamabad Traffic Police licensing office with your CNIC and a copy. The learner permit is issued the same day and is valid for six months. You must hold it for at least 42 days before taking the driving test.
